Eau Claire River

This group of Wisconsin Land properties boast beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife. The Eau Claire River and its creeks meander throughout several parcels, many of which are also surrounded by County Forest Land. The Eau Claire River rises as two streams, the North Fork Eau Claire River and the South Fork Eau Claire River. Upstream from Altoona, just north of the village of Fall Creek, the river passes over a waterfall known as Big Falls, which is the site of a county park.

Great Investment Opportunity
Neighboring the Village of Augusta, these parcels are only a few minutes drive from the City of Eau Claire. With great value as a recreational getaway, an investment, or a future development, these properties boast endless opportunities.
