Answers to Legal Questions

A Real Estate Agent is a great resource to answer your real estate questions such as: what properties are for sale? How is this property zoned and what are the taxes? Can I build on this land? What are average prices of land in this area?

But legal questions about property and purchasing land cannot be answered by a Realtor®. For that you need a lawyer.
